The TeraFlex 3rd Seat Bracket Kit (4934200) is an innovative seat bracket kit that allows JK Unlimited owners the ability to add a 3rd row seat for additional seating. This innovative seat bracket kit allows the use of a JK 2 door rear bench seat, and retains the ability to keep the fold-and-tumble functionality. The seat can also be mounted in standard front-facing or rear-facing.

Just wondering about what the rear roll bar extensions are all about and what’s involved in doing that. Actually, could you send me some install instructions to this mod so that I can see if this is a project I am willing to undertake on me Jeep? I really like this idea and if it is a simple enough install I will definitly be buying a set of these brackets.

- Yes, This seat will work on all JK Wrangler Unlimited models
2.do you sell the 3rd seat to attached with this bracket?
- No, We do not sell the 3rd seat. This can be found at auto salvage yards, online auction sites, or your local Jeep Dealership.

A great idea, but I’n not sure how practical it is. The rearview mirror appears to be useless when the seat is up. If a custom, low-back seat was available for the same price as a factory seat, I’d be more eager to make a purchase. My other concern, as stated by others, is the lack of rollover protection for the rear passengers. I wouldn’t install the 3rd row seat without a custom cage designed to protect all passengers.

I can’t seem to find anyone willing to part with a JK rear seat, but I was wondering if a rear seat out of a 2006 would work? I can get one of those.
