By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

Any information found on this site is for internal informational use only. It is prohibited to copy or use any of the information on this site for personal and/or commercial use.

Privacy & Security
As a customer of TeraFlex's online store, your personal information will to be kept safe and used for internal information only. We will not share your personal information with any 3rd parties at any time, nor will we send you unsolicited emails or Newsletters unless you have requested to received them.

You do not have to create an account in order to purchase products online; however, you will still be required to fill out all of the necessary information for payment, billing, and shipping. By choosing this option, none of your user information will be kept in our records, and you will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.

Security for making credit card payments over the internet is our highest priority. All credit card purchases will be processed through authorize.net, a secure payment interface, and any PayPal payments will be processed directly by PayPal, renowned for their safe and secure means of making online payments.

Returns & Replacements
Tera Manufacturing, Inc. has an open return policy; however, certain conditions must be met:

1. Approval must be given for all returns. Returns without a pre-approval RGA number are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. Call 801-288-2585 or 1-888-837-2359 toll free during business hours to obtain a return goods authorization number.
2. All returned product must be in the original packaging and in good shape. Product that has to be repaired, repainted, or re-boxed is subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
3. Credit for returned product will be issued after the product is received and inspected. Credit will not be issued for product that is damaged during the return trip to TeraFlex. Freight damage claims must be processed by the shipper. Missing parts from a returned kit will be deducted from the credit amount.
4. Freight charges for the returned goods are paid by the shipper. TeraFlex will not accept COD freight charges on returns. The credit amount will be the amount paid when the product was originally purchased. Freight charges are not refundable.
5. Returns over $4000 must be accompanied by an offsetting stock order, or be approved in advance by the President or Vice President.
6. Customer Service Representatives cannot issue credit memos.


Teraflex is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. All items should be carefully inspected upon arrival. Any damaged merchandise must be reported and resolved with the Currier.

TeraFlex is not responsible or liable for damages received by improper installation or use of the product. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.

All products will be shipped through United Parcel Service, but in some cases product may be shipping through the United States Postal Service. Please provide us with a street address for delivery.

International Shipping
Please note that international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. The total shipping price is the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. TeraFlex will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. TeraFlex will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. TeraFlex will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Pricing & Typographical Errors
TeraFlex Inc. has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, TeraFlex Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. TeraFlex Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TeraFlex Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
